Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dengta VPN (the 'Service', 'we', or 'us') handles personal information through its mobile application (the 'App'). We operate under principles of necessity, transparency, and security, and protect user privacy within the scope of this statement.
When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including IP address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, crash logs, and session duration. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Dengta VPN route status; 2. Performance optimization through aggregated and anonymized diagnostics; 3. Service communication, including security notices, account reminders, and important updates sent to your registered email or username.
We transmit only necessary aggregated or anonymized data to third-party providers such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information except where required by law, regulatory process, user safety needs, or trusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. You may stop new data collection by uninstalling the App through your device’s standard process.
User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable retention window afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if such information is collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use physical, electronic, and access-control safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk.
This Privacy Policy may be updated for regulatory or business reasons. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. For privacy questions, contact the Dengta VPN team by email at [email protected].
