This agreement is a legal contract between you and Dengta VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN and network acceleration application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights in Dengta VPN and the related App belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. We may adjust features, service scope, or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security, account credentials, and login environments; jailbreaking or rooting devices is not recommended.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid carrier bills, data caps, poor signal, system permissions, or third-party platform policy changes. Carrier data or roaming charges may apply outside Wi-Fi environments and are the user’s responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. We work to provide accurate route status and connection guidance, but network conditions, platform rules, and regional restrictions can change without notice. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service within reasonable limits.
